Fine Art Paper Prints
Giclée (pronounced zhee-KLAY; taken from a French word, meaning "to spray")
Before you place your order, please know that we do our best to meet every deadline. We also don't take shortcuts. Giclée printing is an art that demands time and care, combining archival inks and media. The result is a print that holds its color and detail for a lifetime.
Our standard production time is 10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please call us and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your schedule. Rush charges may apply.
If you don't see the size you need or you need to upload more than 15 files, please use this secure link to upload your files. Be sure you specify the size, paper, border preference and quantity needed for each print.

File Requirements
- We print from jpeg, tiff, pdf, png or psd files.
- Always flatten psd files.
- Optimal file resolution at your requested size is 300 ppi, but we will accept files that are as low as 100 ppi.
- Customers are responsible for submitting files with the proper resolution. We review all files and will notify you if your image resolution falls below what we consider normal standards, at which time you can resubmit your work at a higher resolution or choose to move forward with the image you sent.
- Chromatics will print from poor quality files with the understanding that results will fall short of our normal standards. Payment will not be refunded if you decide after receiving the print that you don't like the results.
- Please refer to our help or customer service department for advice on preparing image files if you have questions.
- Digital images that are of a different aspect ratio from the specified order will be cropped to match the dimensions required. Cropping of either the length or the width may occur to match an order's details. User-created white or color margins will become part of the printed image.
- Our working color space is Adobe RGB (1998). You may submit files in sRGB or other color spaces. We will always convert to Adobe RGB before printing.
- We will add borders and bleed unless you specify that your borders are included in your file. If you want to sign your prints, we will need to add an extra 1/2" in the border at the bottom of the print.
- Our monitors are carefully calibrated, and the scanners and papers are ICC profiled to our printers. If your monitor is not calibrated, the colors may show up differently for you than they do for us. Click on this link for help with monitor calibration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1PCG5hXUmE
