Standard Turnaround
- Direct prints are ready within 5 – 7 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Turnaround for bulk or custom orders will be determined when the order is placed.
Scan Services
- Scan-only orders require 7 – 10 days, depending on workload. This includes basic digital file cleaning but no color matches. Scanning cannot be done while you wait.
- Art scans with color matching Includes a test strip for review. Lead times are determined at the time the order is placed.
Rush Services (Additional Fees Apply)
Rush services are available when production capacity allows. Customers must call to confirm whether rush service is available. Rush charges apply as follows:
- 72-hour turnaround +25% surcharge
- 48-hour turnaround +40% surcharge
- 24-hour turnaround +50% surcharge
- Same-day service +100% surcharge
