- Payment is required in full prior to processing orders less than $2000. For orders more than $2000, we require a 50% deposit on placing the order and 50% when the order is delivered.
- Acceptable forms of payment include ACH, debit cards, or Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. There is a $10 minimum charge on all credit card transactions. We do not store credit card numbers, except for the last four digits of the card used in the transaction.
- Discounts and sales cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before notice of the discount or sale was posted.
- Gift cards and credits are only redeemable for full-price items and may not be eligible for specials or promos unless otherwise specified.
- All prices include formatting and getting the image ready for print. Shipping costs will be added where applicable.
- Customers may not upload images that they do not have legal rights to copy or print under U.S. and Internationally recognized copyright laws.
- We value your artwork and photography. Your files and prints will never be shared or used without your permission.
- If your project requires a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please notify us before we begin.
- Customers are responsible for submitting files with the proper resolution. We review all files and will notify you if your image resolution falls below what we consider normal standards, at which time you can resubmit your work at a higher resolution or choose to move forward with the image you sent.
- Chromatics will print from poor quality files with the understanding that results will fall short of our normal standards. Payment will not be refunded if you decide after receiving the print that you don't like the results.
- Please refer to our help or customer service department for advice on preparing image files if you have questions.
- Digital images that are of a different aspect ratio from the specified order will be cropped to match the dimensions required. Cropping of either the length or the width may occur to match an order's details. User-created white or color margins will become part of the printed image.
- Our technicians are experienced and careful. All possible care will be exercised handling your order. However, submission of any materials of any kind to Ruth Street LLC dba Chromatics for printing, mounting, scanning or handling of any kind constitutes an agreement by you that any damage to the material, or loss of same, due to any reason including but not limited to our negligence, mechanical failure, fire, flood or theft will only entitle you to a like amount of raw materials.
- Chromatics reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its own discretion. Full payment submitted to Chromatics will be returned to the payee at that time.
