•   Endura C-Print    Brilliant color, Kodak long-life photographic media for indoor use. 20 year no-fade guarantee indoors when UV laminated.

•   Endura C-Print Metallic    An image-enhancing metallic sheen for indoor use. 20 year no-fade guarantee when UV laminated. Glossy surface. Used for extra impact. Maximum width 40".

•   Duraflex+    Tough polyester-base photo media: sharp, brilliant color and bright whites. 20 year no-fade guarantee when UV laminated for indoor use.

•   EnduraTrans Backlit    The industry standard for backlits! Sharp, rich color chromagenic photographic media. No-fade Guarantee 2 year indoors or 5 years outdoors when UV laminated.

•   EnduraTrans Day-Night Backlit    This versatile new imaging media appears as a print when front lighted and as a transparency when back lighted. 9 month no-fade guarantee when UV laminated. Used for unique "Day/Night" displays.

SERVICE POLICIES

•   Prices   - All prices are "per graphic." Multiple graphics from the same file are each the same price (the first print doesn't cost more than the rest). Add prep charges for each different graphic.

•   File Prep Prices   - All designs require "File Prep" to cover services like color conversions and raster image processing (ripping) of vector files. Charges may be combined or reduced on large jobs depending on specifics of the order.

• File Prep for graphics up to 50"x50" ......... $ 35.00
  File Prep for graphics over 50"x50" .......... $ 60.00

•   Approval Prints   - Our internal test prints are available at no charge but allow extra production time while we're waiting for approval. A more formal client approval print, if needed, costs $35.00. It consists of an approximately 10"x20" full image test strip with an accompanying 5"x10" test strip at 1:1 resolution. Add extra production time as needed while waiting for approval.

•   Service Times   - Service times begin when we receive usable files. Poorly prepared files will usually delay the order. Large or complex orders may require additional time. Please ask for a specific completion time based on the specifics of your order. We will always do our best to complete your order quickly!

•   Rush Policy   - Rush charges are not "punishment" for being in a hurry! Interrupting the normal workflow is inefficient and wasteful of time and materials. That being said, if it's physically possible to complete your order by your deadline, we will!
