HOURS -- Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and by appointment after hours and weekends.
Closed Fridays during this difficult economic period.

PAYMENT METHODS -- Cash. In-state checks with proper identification. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express with a $10 minimum.

OPEN ACCOUNTS -- Net 30day charge is available for active commercial accounts. Please call for additional information and application.

  LIABILITY DISCLAIMER   -- Our technicians are experienced and careful. All possible care will be exercised handling your order. However, submission of any materials to Borum Photographics, Inc., DBA Chromatics, for processing, printing, duplicating or handling of any kind constitutes an agreement by you that any damage to the material, or loss of same, due to any reason including but not limited to our negligence, mechanical failure, fire, flood or theft will only entitle you to a like amount of unexposed film and processing.

NIGHT DROP -- We provide a security drawer to the right of our front door for secure after-hours drop off. Supplies are provided. Be sure to complete the name, telephone number and instructions.
Orders without complete information will be delayed.

PRODUCTION TIMES -- Normal service times are listed and we'll make every effort to meet them. We'll try to contact you in case of unexpected delays. Large and complicated orders may take longer.

AFTER-HOURS PROCESSING -- Extra film runs and other services are available on an overtime basis. Please call for price and availability.

LOCK BOXES -- We offer lock boxes for after hours order pick-up using coded security cards to enter our foyer. A refundable deposit of $175 is required for lock box assignment, security card and key. Please inquire.

PRINT REGARDLESS -- We will print poor quality files or film with the understanding that results will fall short of our normal standards and must be paid in advance.

REMAKES -- We will always follow your instructions as closely as possible. However, if a remake is necessary, please return all original materials with clear instructions on what needs to be corrected. Please, no remakes after 10 days.
